ABOUT

Climate Yoga focuses on: (1) climate change as one of the most important issues that unites the world—and for creating resilience and large-scale negative emissions; and (2) the yoga of meditation and the powers of consciousness. Yoga is not only a scientific method for creating change through meditation but also an organizational framework that addresses people's universal desire for enlightenment (moksha) and can also train meditators to help facilitate the universal desire for climate stability and evolution.

Advanced meditations described in Climate Yoga can help yogis increase their light emissions that create significant effects—creating cooling clouds, increased rates of photosynthesis, glaciation, water detoxification, storm prevention to protect populations and critical infrastructure, reductions of solar radiation, and to be a creative and evolutionary force and with global, nonlocal effects on the Sun and Universe. Energy effects are amplified with collaboration and yoga.

Key Ideas & Summary of Climate Yoga

Part I. Vision

  • Begin your daily yoga practice with intention & a sacred OM.

  • The Climate Yoga intention involves saturating Earth with love and light, and focusing on specific climate priorities. The practice should be disciplined and intense and daily.

     

Part II. Science & Philosophy

  • Yoga philosophy explains the connection, about how one's intellect and will (buddhi), mind (citta), wisdom (sattva), and life-force (prana), when controlled and focused, is a creative power connected to the omniscient, unmanifest nature (prakriti), consciousness (purusha), and cosmic Brahama.

  • Some yogis use deity meditations (yidams), some use mind-tools (mantras), some use meditation (samyama), some use psychedelics (soma), some use ritual sacrifices (yajna)—to achieve the yoga-goal of of nondual (advaita), unity-consciousness (samadhi), merged with Nature (prakritilaya).

     

Part III. Climate Crisis Battlefield

  • Yogis overcome the challenges of mind-poisons (kleshas), disorder and chaos (tamas), ego (anakara), ignorance (avidya), and the illusions (maya) of separateness (dvaita).

  • Yogis overcome the collective psychosis and ecocide.
